市场供需逐步向好
航商多线推涨运价
本周,中国出口集装箱运输市场供需状况总体向好。受“春节”假期早于往年影响,多条航线节前出货已开始出现增长。航商在月中多条航线上推涨运价,综合指数上涨。12月13日,上海航运交易所发布的上海出口集装箱综合运价指数为880.44点,较上期上涨3.5%。
欧洲航线,时值年末,市场货量稳步回升。航线上仍有一定规模的停航等运力控制措施出台,市场供需状况保持良好,多数航商船舶平均舱位利用率基本接近满舱水平。受此影响,航商在月中大幅推高运价,即期市场订舱价格上涨。12月13日,上海出口至欧洲基本港市场运价(海运及海运附加费)为893美元/TEU,较上期上涨11.6%。地中海航线,市场表现更为活跃,多数班次满载,即期市场运价大幅上涨。12月15日,上海出口至地中海基本港市场运价(海运及海运附加费)为1083美元/TEU,较上期上涨40.5%。
北美航线,随着年关临近,市场货量小幅回升。但受中美贸易谈判进程影响和对相关关税政策的预期,部分货主仍有推迟出货的意愿。市场运输需求增长并不均衡,相比实际运力,货量仍有一定缺口。为此部分航商仍保持较大力度的停航措施。本周,上海港美西、美东航线船舶平均舱位利用率总体在95%左右。为争取有限货源,市场竞争有所加剧,部分航商采取降价揽货策略,即期市场运价下跌。12月13日,上海出口至美西、美东基本港市场运价(海运及海运附加费)分别为1370美元/FEU和2512美元/FEU,较上期分别下跌9.2%和4.8%。
